Refund and Exchange

We will only entertain refunds and exchanges if the product is damaged upon arrival.

We take extreme care while shipping all our products in sturdy packaging. However, if the product is damaged when you receive it, e.g. broken  or seal - please DO NOT OPEN OR USE THE PRODUCT, if you intend to request a refund or exchange.


Refund Policy

Steps to be followed to initiate refund

  1. Please take a photograph as soon as you notice the defect and mail it to support@dharmikpoojastore.com with your order details and proof of purchase.
  2. We will examine the photos and verify the order details, if the product is found to be damaged or of unacceptable quality we will request you to ship the defective items to us. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we specifically requested for it.
  3. Once you have received confirmation from us please send the damaged product(s) to

  4. Once received the items will be inspected at our warehouse and the outcome of the inspection will be communicated to you along with approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. On approval a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12-15 business days.
Please note
  1. Any item that is shipped for return more than 7 days after delivery shall not be eligible for refund.
  2. The shipping cost will be borne by the person returning the product.
  3. If the value of the products being sent as a return shipment is over Rs.1000, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we will be unable to guarantee a receipt of the items otherwise.
Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive a refund after hearing from us within 12-15 days, please check your bank account or with your credit card company for confirmation before reaching us at support@dharmikpoojastore.com.

Items Purchased at a discounted rate

Only products purchased at MRP will be refunded or exchanged. Any products bought during a sale or at a discount or with some other offer will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
